From: psbs06 on 19 Jun 2008 03:16 We want to deploy an AW piece via a client's intranet but don't know how to find out if their intranet is suitable to host it. Where would such information be available? http://www.chlamydia-tests.co.uk
From: Erik L. **Community Expert** on 19 Jun 2008 11:01 I don't think the information would be at the chlamydia-tests site. What an odd thing to include in your post. All you need to serve Authorware content is a web server. There's really not too much spec about it. Apache or IIS, or probably any other webserver, would work just fine. So, at basic, find out if their intranet is a webserver that you can add a folder to with content, that users can access links to that folder, that the server will serve content from that folder, and perhaps that a few MIME Types will need to be added. Otherwise, you're just serving files - there's no stress on the server other than that. You may want to look further, however, if you need to save data back to the server.
