Can anyone make a recommendation on tools to use to troubleshoot problems on
XP Pro. We are having a rash of problems such as DSOD, Video, Losing Network
Drives. This may or may not be related to the latest installation of Lotus
Notes 8.5.1 which on most computer was pushed out via GPO. Up to this point
are only fix is to re-image those that are having the most problems.

TIA

There is no all-purpose tool to troubleshoot problems. If you're looking
for help from the newsgroup, you need to describe your problems
individually, in detail, and we can try to help. A separate post for
each problem would be best.

If you are experiencing many problems, you're probably better served by
hiring a professional to examine your network.

Actually thier are quite a few tools to choose from,if you have a retail xp
cd,
install the "support tools" from the cd.You can also install the "windows
Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools" (they work with xp).Click to this link gets
you microsoft diagnostic & recovery tools, however individual tools are at
download center, search might help, but they are listed seperatly in "System
Tools" downloads.
