From: Andy Wall Andy on 21 Apr 2008 05:38 I wish to alter my project 2003 plan in much the same way as Fernando does. I have tasks where the resource allocation during the life of a single task will alter over time (e.g. 100% from 28/10 till 04/11 then 50%). I have followed your instructions in the reply, however upon viewing the Task Usage information I cannot alter the percentage allocation already attributed within my plan. How do I achieve this? From: Mike Glen on 21 Apr 2008 06:34 Hi Andy, Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :) Jan is on holiday at the moment. Try this: View the Resource Sheet and double click on the resource name. In the resource Information dialog, click in the next space in the Resource Availability section and enter the appropriate details. You might like to have a look at my series on Microsoft Project in the TechTrax ezine, particularly #28 minimizing the effect of delays where this procedure is itemized, at this site: http://tinyurl.com/2xbhc or this: http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/Pub0009/LPMFrame.asp?CMD=ArticleSearch&AUTH=23 (Perhaps you'd care to rate the article before leaving the site, :) Thanks.)
