From: AJ on 3 Jan 2007 07:53 Hi, I need to purchase / download the Director xtra packaging kit. The link from the page (http://www.adobe.com/support/xtras/) to the store does not work and the adobe call center does not have any clue about this tool. Would anyone know where I can get it from ? Many Thanks

I will investigate further with contacts I have at Adobe and will let you know what I find. regards Dean Director Lecturer / Consultant http://www.fbe.unsw.edu.au/learning/director http://www.multimediacreative.com.au

From: Sean Wilson on 5 Jan 2007 14:00 This post from the Xtra Development Kit list sounds related: <original> I cannot find a way to purchase the xTra Packaging Kit. I went to the Director extensions page and hit the buy button but the product doesn't show up in the store. I have been on the phone with adobe for an hour. Does anyone have suggestions? <reply> The packaging kit does not appear on non-US stores. You can try to buy it from US stores, but it won't accept your non-US VISA card (maybe with other payment means ?). The solution I found : send email to customer support. Eventually someone called me a few hours later and it worked fine after that. Someone else on this list recently called customer service in Europe and finally convinced the person of the problem and of the solution, and it worked fine again.
