Hi Photman,

I can only add my speculation to this thread I'm afraid. the company I work at
is considering a purchase of an SAP system - unfortunately one of the downsides
of SAP (like SAGE) is that it doesn't play nicely with other software. You may
find it very difficult, or indeed impossible, to integrate something you've
developed in Director with SAP.

SAP want you to buy their software and pay for upgrades "as and when you need
them". This is where they make their money! If you can work with their API I
salute you.

Out of interest, are you able/willing to talk about what part you're looking
to work with? I'm nosy, and you've intrigued me...

Hi,
maybe check if there is an ODBC driver to access the data
(reliably... ) and then use one of the ODBC Xtra's?
