From: Andrew Morgan on 18 Feb 2005 09:58 Hi all We need to hide/disable the 'Wireless Network Setup Wizard', located in the My Network Places folder, on our XP SP2 machines. I can't find anything in group policy that allows us to do this. I've trawled through the registry too but found nothing. Is it possible to disable this ? We don't want users fiddling !! Thanks
From: DLink Guru on 18 Feb 2005 20:21 You can use TweakUI for XP to hide what ever Control panel option you want. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx Robert... From: Andrew Morgan on 19 Feb 2005 05:21 Hi We can't use Tweakui as Powertoys are unsupported. Whatever Tweakui does HAS to be possible by direct registry changes or Group Policy.
