Hi,
Whenever a document is opened,
the first page is displayed by default.
But, Is it possible to open the
document such that it displays the
page numbered 5 by default instead
of the first page ?

Also,
Whenever the document is opened
Is it possible to display the page
that was being viewed while closing
the document earlier ?

Any ideas ?

Thx in advans,

Since you've given no idea what kind of document or what application -
no, no ideas.

An "openoffice document" of what? Spreadsheet, database, word processing?

I am looking for this
in all types of openoffice
documents. Hence made it
generic as 'openoffice document'.

Would be very happy if it is
available for spreadsheet,
presentation and word processing
documents !

Also, while opening the document,
is it possible to display page 5 by
default instead of first page while
opening either the spreadsheet /
presentation / word processing
documents ?
