have install postfix from source, took care of all the permission
issues.
postfix check do not show any error,
but postfix start launch postfix for about 3 seconds and stop.

Guys , I fixed it, I was missing /etc/services and /etc/protocols
I installed the package iana-etc-2.20 and everything work great now
