TOC and Indexs
Is there anyway to create an index without having it reference the text in the TOC? Example, in my TOC it references "Contacts" on page 3, when the index is created it references it as Contacts, 2,3,2 and so on. How can I omit the TOC from the index? ... 9 Jul 2008 15:47
