Hello -

I have Word 2003. Everything has worked fine for a very long time.
Not sure what is happening and hope someone may be able to help.

Some of the documents I open automatically open "document map" on the
left side of screen..
But then some do not.. Peculiar error because I have not done anything
different. If I select view and choose normal the document map goes
away.. I save again (even save as different name).. open it and the
document map appears again. So I thought maybe problem was with the
normal.dot and I created a new one. Same thing happens. I even did a
repair Word Office installation.. it's no use and it's a nuisance
problem..

Can anyone suggest something other than the steps I've taken?
