The US$49 is for a year's technical support, NOT for Open Office,
apparently. It's not overly clear from their site that that is the case....

Or the question of some form of quality label on the "consultants" page.

That is something the project has under control, could be used at the
advantage of the project and does not require legal fees to use as a
means of promoting quality suppliers.
