You're asking in a forum for a completely different program, the Office database software Microsoft Access. But... Paint comes builtin with Windows. Try clicking Start... All Programs... Accessories... Paint. This may vary depending on what version of Access you have installed; scroll down the list of subject areas on the webpage and find one for your version if you can't find it.
