Hello,

Yes, I did two things: 1. I downloaded Avast! anti-virus program and scanned
my computer. It founded several viruses that may have contributed to the
problem. 2. I downloaded the Microsoft VBasic runtime files and reinstalled
those. I'm sure you can find both of those by searching on Google. Good luck.
