From: jeanjtai on 15 Feb 2006 11:26 I have redone our current website using Dreamweaver MX 2004 and Photoshop for our images and gifs. Before I can load up site to server, the last thing I need to figure out is how to have a dual image rollover. On section pages in a table, I have columns vertically aligned on the left with project names which are rollover images and in the other columns I have thumbnail photos relating to those projects which also are rollover images and when you rollover either one they work fine and go to corressponding pages. What I want to do is when you rollover either the name or the photo, I would like the rollover effects to work on both items simultaneously (name & photo). I have looked at forum emails, none really seem to fit my problem. I have tried help, using swap image action but that actually swaps image and is not the effect I desire. I tried using behaviors, but the up down choice did not work correctly either, it just swaped images. The reference material referred to disjointed rollovers, but we do not have Fireworks. I looked at the original site code and it seems Adobe GoLive was used and I could not figure out what she did. I believe she did a script of some kind. I am out of ideas/options. Is there some simple way to make both rollovers work simultantously in Dreamweaver? Please help this frustrated beginner. I need to upload our new site ASAP. Thank you.:confused;
From: TC2112 on 15 Feb 2006 20:29 Hello, Here's a tutorial on disjointed rollovers that may get you started in the right direction . It's done with MX2004, and you don't need Fireworks. http://www.dwfaq.com/tutorials/basics/disjointed.asp Take care, Tim
