Do Outlook Express and MS Outlook mua clients support SMTP
Extension ?
I'm interesting to esmtp SIZE command.

You are more likely to get an answer to that question in some other
forum devoted to those clients. If you have a working MTA that offers
the SIZE extension it should be simple to test whether a particular
client uses it.
