From: NeuroKid on 16 Apr 2008 21:41 :confused; 1st. I'm a BRAND new flash user, not computer savvy..yet, I bought a flash template on line and thought that it couldn't be too difficult to edit, after all, I use iWeb, iMovie, pages, keynote, microsoft office, quickbooks, money, etc...this page opens and I have no clue how to edit the text. I click on the appropriate page in the timeline, but the program doesn't allow me to click. Can you please direct me how to edit the preloaded text? Sorry not a sophisticated post, but I'd greatly appreciate your feedback (feel free to poke fun)! :embarrassment;

If you have FLA file then you can use Adobe Flash authoring tool for its modification. If you haven't Adobe Flash or haven't FLA, then you can use cheap tools like this: http://home.flashdig.com to edit flash template without FLA. Edit text and whatever else, but complex animations. If you doubt how it works, you can send your SWF with request to email, shown on that page, and they'll help you to edit your file.
