The iso is to burn on a DVD.
I have a CD burner, but not a DVD burner.
Guess I'm out of luck.

A DVD burner costs as little as $28, treat yourself to one.

It is a special compact machine and will not accept a normal writer/reader.
Can you install Debian from an external usb DVD reader/writer?

Check your BIOS to see if you can set it to boot from an external device.
