Can capture the new email when it arrives the inbox?

Download the Windows Mobile 5 PocketPC SDK. You will find a sample under the
sdk's Samples\PocketPC\CPP\Win32\Mapirule directory.

But I am not able to run this program.
Do I need to do any configurations.
Its giving the message to run from command prompt.
