I can send but not recieve email messages and this has been a problem for 3-5
days. I chatted with McAfee thinking it was a problem with their software but
no luck. Please help. Thank you.

What happens when you try? If there is an error message,
post it in it's entirety. If you have e-mail scanning
enabled, turn it off.

Do this www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3

Then remove your mail account. Close OE and reopen it and then add the
account back again. See if that works then.
