No *inertial* rest frame at least .. as light travels at 'c' in *every*
inertial frame, so there is no inertial frame where it is at rest. We can
conceptualize a frame travelling at c (and so a 'rest' from for some light)
... but it won't be an inertial one in which we can apply the rules of SR /
Lorentz Transforms.
