Left side of keyboard on laptop types correct characters, right side of key
board does not.
Could not find 'help' on help menu.

Any help?

Have you perhaps accidently pressed the Fn (purple) key which is probably on
the lower left of your keyboard and then the Numeral Lock key (a little
purple lock with a number 1 in it, probably on the scroll key in the upper
right of your keyboard)? When you do that, the M./JKL;UIOP7890 keys turn
into a numeric keypad and won't type letters.

A related point... if you use the docking station or external keyboard
to use a full keyboard with a number pad, having the <numlock> on for
that configuration will often create this situation.
