Some advice would be appreciated.
Problem connecting to internet using my laptop and mobile phone through IRDA.

All settings seem ok. It opens port, dials, verifies username & password,
then goes to registering me on network THEN - Error 734: The PPP link
protocol was terminated. This happens every single time.
Laptop - Toshiba with XP Pro
IRDA - SigmaTel USB-Irda dongle
Phone - Sony Ericsson F500i - Vodafone.

In modem properties the Query Modem seems fine.

Should have put in original post - I have tried the suggestions in the Ms
Knowledge Base regarding 'unsecured password setting' and 'Windows logon
Domain' setting.
