Goodmorning,

Long time since i posted a question. Still dissapointed about EOL of Adobe...

I have a question about a message 'Error downloading webplayer'.

We have created a course, consisting of about ten modules. The course runs
under a LMS (SCORM),
on a local intranet. Users dont have the rights to install player/programs, so
the IT department made sure
every PC has the Player. To prevent an external check for the player I put the
following line into the AAM file.

This works fine....

Now another company tried to start the training (full access to our intranet).
They keep receiving the message 'Error downloading webplayer'.
Strange, because the webplayer is installed corectly (after 10 seconds, the
training starts and all communication between lms and module works perfect).

What causes this alert? Why does the module wants to download the player? Can
i pass the check for the player completly? In the near future a third company
will use the training. They dont have access to our intranet. Solution?
