From: Rich Lanz on 9 Dec 2006 12:41 I get a error message on boot up "system running in fail safe mode, check CMOS BIOS settings" I check the settings and every thing seems ok. I have reset to default settings , no change. If I opt to hit F1, the system loads the OS and works fine. Any suggestions on what to check next or how to clear the error message? You could find out where you could do that on the website of your motherboard maker. regards, Joe Rich Lanz wrote: > I get a error message on boot up "system running in fail safe mode, check > CMOS BIOS settings" > I check the settings and every thing seems ok.
