I have Saft installed, which does enough ad blocking for me.

Have a look at SafariBlock - that's what I'm using.

Crikey, I thought *I* was obsessive! Sure, it's not /quite/ native, but
it's pretty good. I actually like the gradients in the window, makes a
nice change (my monitor profiles are totally over-calibrated, to the
extent that I can see problems with lots of Apple software dialogue
boxes - grey boxes around text which you wouldn't noticed if you hadn't
calibrated your monitor 'properly').
