Since two days I not able to reconnect my desktop to the ADSL connection.

On a boot, two days ago, XP have done a disk scan that highlight some files
were corrupted. Since then I am not able to restart an Internet Connection.

From the Control Pannel, I tried to open the PPoE Service, and I got the
message "Failed to open service 1060".

Any Ideas to sovle, How to uninstall / Reinstalle PPoE serveice ?

I am using XP Version 5.1 SP1
