Is it possible to show file extensions in file explorer (or any other
viewer) on Windows Mobile 2003?

Hello,

Natively, no, it isn't possible. However you can purchase Resco's File
Explorer (http://www.resco.net) and it will allow you to view file
extensions amongst the many other things the application does. You can read

You can see & sort by file extensions using the free Total Commander
