Hand Tool Problem
I just opened Fireworks and after opening a few different JPG files to edit have noticed I cannot change from the Hnad tool. I can't select any other tool (pointer, crop, etc). It always stays as the hand on the canvas area. Where is a setting or something that would cause this? ... 1 Feb 2008 00:52

multiple animations animations
what about creating multiple animations one the same page in FW? In IR each rollover has it's own animation timeline so you can make as many animated rollovers as you want, but in fireworks there is just one frame timeline. hello. Why fireworks do not export pictures or something into pdf ? I believe with adobe photoshop this is possible, but why not photoshop. Maybe it will be more complete to have this option. ... 1 Feb 2008 00:52

ImageReady CS2, I miss you...
Am I the only one out there who misses ImageReady? (Actually, I already know I'm not.) Fireworks CS3 is a big heap of bloat and Macromedia-era "usability" (or lack thereof). Filenames when exporting
When I export images or batch export images, Fireworks always renames them with all lowercase letters. I don't want this, I want it to keep the same format as the original file. I can't see anyway to do this, does anyone know how to cure this? Cheers, Steve ... 1 Feb 2008 00:52

why does Fw 9 lighten raster images upon import?
Every time i import, open, cut and paste, or drag and drop, a raster image from photoshop or from it's original file into Fireworks it is lighter when it gets to fireworks? optimizing does nothing. i have to adjust the levels on any raster image once it is in fireworks and this is costing me a lot of time since ... 1 Feb 2008 00:52
