OK - i found the answer: When you export the menu to html code there is an options button. Under that options button there is a table tab which has a choice of "space with". 1) Why are you setting targets at all? What behavior is it you want? 2) Fireworks HTML export is for making prototypes you can view. Trouble with dreamweaver integration
