problem with swf archive size Hello, I created a banner with an static image (jpg) in the background (shared with all the photograms) . The only non-static part of the banner is an animated text. Although the background is just a 24 kb image, the resulting swf is a 1,30 MB file, wich is too much. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks ... 7 May 2008 08:31
Change the resolution from 72 dpi Hi When I open photo's in Fireworks it automaticaly opens withe the resolution set at 72 dpi. How can I change this so when I open photo's they open at a high res? Rollover Capabilites When creating a rollover with a swap image behavior, is there anyway to have the image that is being swapped in the slice stay open? Maybe by using a control key or something along those lines, you could hold the rollover image open on the screen. Or instead of the "swap image action", have the new frame that... 7 May 2008 15:04
Fireworks to Dreamweaver CS3 When creating a sliced image in Fireworks with simple rollover behavior AND linking that slice to another page within the same [Dreamweaver] directory, opening in a different frame....the link does not work. Anti Alias Not Changing Text I am on build 9.0.1.1213. When i create text in say arial font, 14 size its not sharp at all. I change the anti alias from smooth to crisp to stronge and there is no noticeable difference. I created much larger text (say size 50) and the same thing happens. best setting to optimize images for web What is the best setting to optimize my images for web? jpg? gif? png? Im looking for clean images that load fast. I find my images are either taking too long to load and look good, or they load fast and look dirty. I can see artifacts.
