From: jday7757 on 21 Apr 2008 12:08 I have created a webpage that has a flash (swf) component on it. For some reason, the flash file does not play in Firefox (latest version) on my main computer. The area it should be is simply blank. Before I waste your time giving me the more obvious possibilities, let me give you some more information. 1. This page load fine and displays the video fine on 2 of my 3 computers (just not my main computer which is the one I designed the site on). 2. The page plays fine in Internet Explorer (only a problem with Firefox on this one computer). 3. When I "preview in browser" in Dreamweaver CS3 it plays fine even in Firefox on ths same computer (that is what is really driving me crazy--it works when previewed in browser in Dreamweaver, but not once loaded on the internet). 4. Firefox does have the latest flash plugin installed. It seems obvious to me that since this only happens on the one computer (and only on the live site, not in dreamweaver) that there has to be something on this computer that is conflicting or preventing the swf from loading. Can anyone give me somewhere to start looking? Could it be my Norton internet security (although it is also installed on the other computers that aren't having this problem)? Thanks in advance for any help. BTW, if it would help, you can view the page here: http://www.fbchorizon.org/servant_ministries/children.html.
