From: nofx1728 on 1 Feb 2006 22:18 http://home.bellsouth.com/p/pwp-nofx1728 you can view the problem at. The top image is a basic flash file. Plays a simple animation, and is a button, that on rollover has a highlight appear at the top. If you place the curser in the middle of the file, the effect is fine, but if you place the curser at the very top, it flickers rapidly. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks, nofx1728

Does anyone know how to fix this? can't open the URL , error resolving address... but my guess is the HIT frame in the button. Try to change the size of the HIT frame, it's invisible to user so it can be larger. It is only to define the HOT SPOT in which mouse react. -- Regards Urami -- Happy New Year guys - all the best there is in the 2006 :) <urami> http://www.Flashfugitive.com </urami> <web junk free> http://www.firefox.com </web junk free>
From: nofx1728 on 2 Feb 2006 21:29 http://home.bellsouth.net/p/pwp-nofx1728 or http://www.geocities.com/nofx1727 . I tried to change the hit area to cover the entire button, and changed it to cover more than the button, but the effect is still happening. When you get to the top of the flash file.. it flickers on and off, in the middle its fine, only at the very top. There are two links that you can view this page, both are messed up because dreamweaver is absolutly killing me, but you should be able to see the flash file. Not sure why this is occuring. Thanks for the response though. thanks, nofx1728

It works fine in FireFox and IE (windows xp sp2) I tried to hover every tiniest bit of the button, can't make it flicker. -- Regards Urami -- Happy New Year guys - all the best there is in the 2006 :) <urami> http://www.Flashfugitive.com </urami> <web junk free> http://www.firefox.com </web junk free>
