I cannot add a stroke to a shape. When I choose a shape and then go to choose
the stroke color nothing happens. This happens to shapes that i've already
created, no-stroke shapes i create, or shapes I create with a stroke (stroke
works on shape creation) then remove the stroke, then try to add back.

I've restarted flash several time to no avail
