I have inserted a swf in a normal php webpage
but when I roll with the mouse over some kind of elements (like buttons or
radiobuttons text) the element move some pixels to the left (like a
flickering/shake effect).

This unwuanted effect shows only on Firefox with wmode set to transparent.

Anyone has a fix for it?

Funny. I just came to see what other folks thought of wmode and here this is.
Just read this about Safari, maybe it applies to your problem too?
