I somehow have a large square on my page when I start a new document. It
looks like margin lines ( I think it is ). I have tried deleting the
normal.dot, but it comes back so it must be a formatting thing and I have
looked all over the options. I know I'm missing it, just don't know the name
of it. Can someone please help!? Thanks in advance!

In Word 2003, go to Tools > Options > View. Uncheck "Text boundaries".

In Word 2007, go to Office button > Word Options > Advanced > Show Document
Content. Uncheck "Show text boundaries".
