unicode format files for Outlook 2002

What is the best way to search in OL2007 for names? For instance, if I want to find messages from 'Bob Jones", how should the search be entered? Assigned Tasks in Outlook 2007 / Exchange 2007
I am experiencing the same issue with Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2007. When a task is assigned to a team member (user B) by user A, user A's updates are sent back to user B. Does the .pst file contain the calender data as well? I am upgrading to Outlook 07 from 02 becuase while traveling my outlook became corrupted and gives me an error saying "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error.
