Compact and Repair Problem

Web component issue
I had implemented Data Access Page with MS Access 2003. However, when I run the Data Access Page on some new computers, it require OWC10( MS office Web component 2002). Access 2003
Several weeks ago my computer was attempting to install a "CRITICAL" update from Microsoft and everything died. I was not able to reboot.
