While pedantry may be open to all, in practical terms and within the
context of the usenet group uk.comp.sys.mac it can only be expressed
by those with access to a functional usenet client (including, but not
limited to, nntp client software running on TCP/IP aware operating
systems and World Wide Web usenet gateways) and the ability to
transcribe their pedantic thoughts into a format intelligible by said
usenet client. Thus, it is more correct to say pedantry within
uk.comp.sys.mac is restricted to those with the ability to post
messages.

I get people sometimes replying to emails dear Rodger it tends to be
people who have suffent training to know about the rules of english to
add the D. i guess people just go on auto pilot?

one of the some what ironic things is due to the combination of family
and all the one to one tutuition i had my knowledge of how words are
bolted togther is better than my contemories.
