There are DUL ranges in the "good half".
There are MS "operating systems" connected directly :-)

The best combination may use:
* DUL info (yes/no from PBL.spamhaus.org or sorbs.net)
* passive OS fingerprinting info provided by p0f
* reputation info from L2.APEWS.org or DNSWL.org (white list)
