I would say, Yes, here is one company with refill kits for the 92 and 93 carts. http://www.atlanticinkjet.com/ink-cartridge-refills-HP-Photosmart-C3180.asp -- CSM1 http://www.carlmcmillan.com --

The 92 and 93 are microscopic ink carts, 92 black is 5 ml while the 93 cart is 5 ml of 3 colors, for 1.66 ml of ink per color. Unless you only plan on printing one or two things a week, these printers are definitely not a good deal, especially if you use OEM ink. They can be refilled, but the ink counter for the 9x series of ink cannot be reset. Plus, as the tanks are very tiny, you must make sure to refill them often in order to prevent them from running dry and burning out the printhead. The Canon MP500 is a good deal as far as being quite affordable both with OEM and refill inks. Unfortunately the printer itself is nearly 2x the cost of the HP. The new Canons also cannot be reset. -- http://www.FenrirOnline.com Computer services, custom metal etching, arts, crafts, and much more. |
