Trouble using IN routine
I'm trying to establish communications between the HPUserEdit, EMU48 and a PC. The trouble shows up when I drag and drop ASCII text from the PC/HPUserEdit to the emulator. With the text on the stack, I ran John's 'IN' program and the emulator displays a screen full of garbage and then, after a short delay, "Try... 6 Oct 2007 20:15
SYSRPL version of ARC?
Is there one? Or is it a "pre built" routine that only exists as a USERRPL command? I'm trying to quickly draw a circle, if you are wondering what my goal is. Any suggestions for another way to do so, aside from ARC, are greatly appreciated! Thanks, Mark Wilson Change .org to .net to reply by e-mail ... 15 Oct 2007 16:20
Looking for a good computer science/programmer's calculator

Right now I'm using a 48gx, and while I think it's a fantastic machine, it's simply not optimized for this kind of work. My mai... 5 Oct 2007 12:44

That ENTER key...
Just a thought; Moving the Enter bar to a lower-right-side position, is a lot like reversing the Brake and Clutch pedals on an automobile. The decision is not to be taken lightly, and the distraction, (trailing off) Oh what the hell, I really have to laugh at the 49 and the 50; Just who grouped the i... 6 Oct 2007 08:48

Negativity is contagious - off topic but I think relevant
Negativity is contagious, study finds Though we may not care to admit it, what other people think about something can affect what we think about it. This is how critics become influential and why our parents' opinions about our life choices continue to matter, long after we've moved out. But what kind of opinion... 5 Oct 2007 09:53

solvesys and ROM 2.10
Hello, I have a HP50G. With ROM 2.09 solvesys 49 1.2 works. I updated the ROM to version 2.10-7 and solvesys doesn't work anymore (I receive a "bad argument type" error). I have read other post where people with this ROM don“t have this problem, so I think maybe is a configuration issue. These are my enabled (... 9 Oct 2007 00:36
