I have WinXP on my laptop and everything else works perfectly including any other USB device. The HP 50g software and driver seem to load fine and Device Manager shows “HPx9G DEVICE” with no problems. Hi, The batteries of my 48sx were empty for a while and I now wanted to use the machine again. I replaced the batteries but all I have is a blue screen with on top two symbols activated: the working symbol and the sending out symbol. Power on / off is not working.
