I suggest you lookup the definition of agnostic. You're about as far
away from agnostic as it's possible to be. You've made your mind up.
And you seem to have no interest in finding out the facts. The word
you are looking for is prejudiced.

You might be right about the 3 months. You might be wrong. I don't
recall. But to have an opinion and to be uninterested in whether it
has any basis in truth is prejudice.

You might well claim to have good grounds to believe what you believe
based on past experience but you cannot claim that you are agnostic
and pretend to take the moral high ground!
