Hi,

I just got a HTC Touch Cruise a couple of months ago and everything
was working fine until one day My messaging client stopped working. It
simply wouldn't respond to any of the shortcuts I had pointing to it.
That means outlook/mms/sms functions seized to work. I performed a
"Clear Storage" via Windows Mobile 6 and it fixed it but I had to
reset everything...

A week later the same thing happened and the only way to get it to
work was yet another reset.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
T

Have you installed any third party applications that might be
interfering with the default Messaging app?

Download SK Tools from Http://s-k-tools.com.

Run it on your device to remove temp and corrupted files.

Hi Linely,

Maybe... the only thing I installed was Google Maps 2.0.

Thanks for the link!

Did Installing this tool help with your problem? I'm having the same problem
and I have installed the SK tools and ran the clean function but no luck yet.
