I recently updated the flash on my site to load all text content as HTML from
an XML file and display it in a couple of dynamic text fields. Everything works
as expected except that links in the HTML text with a "_blank" target trigger
popup blocking in IE and Firefox. Any thoughts on why this is happening and
what I can do to fix it?
