When I added HTML code with a graphic to Frontpage, it shows up on Frontpage,
but not on the actual website. (There is only a box with an x in it like
there should be a picture there.) How do I get it to show up on the actual
website??

Post a link to that page, please.

Make sure you have the web open (File > Open > Web (or File > Open > Site in
FP2003)

Import the images into the open web, then insert them in the page

Then publish the page, and the images

If you're hosted on a *nix server, make sure the filename and reference to
the file are the same case. Picture.jpg and picture.JPG are two different
files.
