The latter have the most to loose IMO, but they are by far the minority. Most modern pc are easily capable of this. Even Tescos is now selling a quad core CPU! (It's also got a terrabyte of hard disk space).- As far as business is concerned when Microsoft stops the 'production' of new COAs then they're going to have to buy vista if they're running Windows servers.
