DVD coating I was just wondering why DVD companies don't put a clear scratch- resistant coating on the bottom of DVDs. This would help keep the DVD from getting scratched. It would be like Scotch tape. ... 8 Jan 2008 16:14
Another Laptop to TV question Hi everyone, Last night I tried to set my laptop up to show on my HDTV (Samsung) using a VGA to Component cable (I have no S-Video output on my laptop, an IBM ThinkPad T60). I also bought an 1/8" to RCA cable for the audio. I changed the settings on my laptop so that it cloned both the laptop screen and the TV... 5 Jan 2008 18:59

The article I've just linked to above seems to suggest that if I get two sticks of RAM, I can effectively double their speed as they will be in a dual chann... 7 Jan 2008 18:30
Safe Overclock of a Intel Q6600 Hey guys. I'm considering going for a Q6600 quad core CPU at the moment over an E6850 (see a separate discussion topic on this :) ). What's been holding me back over the Q6600 is, aside from the lower clock speed (which as more applications become multi-threaded won't be an issue) is the lower FSB speed it s... 6 Jan 2008 10:37
problem with battery free mouse Hi, three weeks ago I bought a battery free mouse from A4Tech (www.a4tech.com). Its name is NB-30D. The mouse was really fun under windows and linux.
