I have Hauppage WinTV-HVR 1300 TV card. Is it possible to watch coded cable
program with this card (without paying, of course) by some software or
something else.

sry, i didn't read the topic good enough. scratch the last post.
anyway, i have no idea, because i don't have cable. it might be
possible if the cable box hooks directly to the tv tuner, which i don't
think is the way it is...
