I am kind of new to Fireworks. I've used it off and on, but found it to be a
great tool and want to learn more.
However, I am having trouble trying to figure out how to make a certain type
of background for a website.
Has anyone ever seen the background of a website that has like a fabric
texture with torn edges. Well, I can't seem to figure out how to do this?

Any help is great appreciated.

Can you post a link to a website that used the effect you're looking to create ScottyeN?

Thank you. I am trying this and it is so slugish. I start in one place, let up off the mouse and the thing keeps going. Any idea why this is happening?

Joey,

I don't have it posted yet. It is in infancy stage. What I will do is post a picture of a website similar to what I want to do. Give me a few moments.
